I am quite happy today ( Ignore BM and History ) because my essay finally get a flying color in the history of my life. Normally, my essays always label as "WTF?" "lame" "a piece of shit" but today i got back my EST paper. ( I was busying doing something else ). Almost all of my friend get the result between 60-79 marks. I was like shit, i going to screw my EST but i ended up getting 24/30 on that essay. So i decided to write out on here. Have you ever wonder what are the benefits of eating nuts? For the past sixteen years, nuts for me, is a form of snack while watching movies. I never know that such tiny piece of food brings a lot of nutrients and benefits. But now, I change my mind after knowing the truth that nut, is a science proven dieseases fighter. And today, I will enlighten all the students in GB High about nuts. According to a trustworthy source, nuts are able to lower your cholesterol and help to protects heart. As you all know, heart is the main organ that keeps us alive and nuts, the disease fighter, help to reduce LDL cholesterol which also known as bad cholesterol which leads to plaque formation and hardening of arteries and enable heart to pump without a fail. By eating nuts such as pecans, almonds and walnuts, you can say goodbye to bad cholesterol and welcome a good heart. Such nuts have lowest levels of LDL cholesterol which is safer to consume and they has increase of good cholesterol ( HDL cholesterol ) that function as protective layer to your layer to your organ, making your plasma membrane of cells become stronger and give energy when you need it but they will not clog around your heart and create heart attacks. Hence, these nuts reduce the risk of heart attacks. Amazing right? Nuts also form a barrier, a protective layer and a defence against chronic disease, diabetes. Peanuts and walnuts is blessed the ability to improve glucose and insulin stability in Type 2 diabetes by the fat and nutrients in nuts. Type 2 diabetes are commonly occurs in women so nuts reduces risk of Type 2 diabetes in women, make thier life healthier, longer and happier. The most amazing nuts, is not about protecting from heart attacks and diabetes. Nuts also counter cancer! Crazy right? But believe it, scientists had proven that walnuts, pecans and brazil nuts function as a slowing agent that slows down the progression of some cancer cells. As far as I know, cancer is the number one kiler in the world and it seems like everyone getting cancer anywhere, so is crucial to find a counteract that will prolong the lifes of homo sapiens. An antioxidant in nuts is the main part that helps neutralise free radicals and is a high potential ingredient in making anti-cancer drugs. And here is the news for those who want to chops their weight down. Nuts also keep one trim! They contain fibre, a nutrient that helps in constipation and other nutrients that interfere with fat absorption and cause one to look great, nice and healthier. So, what are you waiting for? Grabs those nuts mentioned above and ut helps you to lose your weight and reduce hunger so that you will not consume a lot of rubbish food and less intake of food. However, moderation is a key to sucess. Nuts help but they kill if you consume excessively.
